Blood alcohol concentration (BAC)

(酒駕) 吐氣酒精濃度 0.15 mg/L 

  = BAC 0.03% (30mg/dL) 罰3~12萬，拒測18萬。

(公共危險罪) 吐氣酒精濃度 0.25 mg/L 

  = BAC 0.05% (50mg/dL)

臨床症狀：

030-120    mg/dL    Euphoria

090-250    mg/dL    Excitement

180-300    mg/dL    Confusion

250-400    mg/dL    Stupor

350-500    mg/dL    Coma

450-999    mg/dL    Death
